"this place is not a good place to live, it’s an old apartment complex, the landlord doesn’t fix anything, the Ac’s are old and give out a ugly smell, cats everywhere outside, the washers don’t work at all.. also there’s a lot of homeless people hanging around apartments, there’s always homeless people sleeping on the benches.. this place is not worth your money.."

"Management has been spraying to eliminate roaches for 6 years and there still there. Hordes of cats that get on the cars and scratches the paint. This are cats that Management charges the renters for having cats and get left behind. Up to 7 people leaving in a 1 bedroom. Management plays favoritism let's people park in supposed to pay carport. Management is nice"

"If I could give a half star rating, I totally would. It’s an old fashioned place with no website to pay your rent. You have to go in person. This place has the rudest management, it’s crawling with cockroaches, and the A/C is old so it gives out in the middle of summer! I had told management I was moving out. They didn’t mention I needed to have it in writing yet docked me later. It’s an old fashioned place and better communication and instructions should have been given. Needless to say, I had to pay an extra $500 in order to move into my next apartment. I don’t recommend living here. There are other less expensive places near City Base which offer better living quarters, repairs, and management."
