"This place is awful to live at because it's full of roaches and a management that's doesn't care and maintenance sucks can't get anything fix if you don't know how to fix it yourself then good luck getting it fixed also this complex is full of drug dealers a lot of drug trafficking going on here at Hillside Manor apartments and you also can't do or say anything to anyone because they always make the story bigger then what it was and other residents will bully you make fun of you etc... including management but the management expects the rent ever month but doesn't care about anything else then that !"

"Would not recommend. Place has gone downhill since I’ve moved in 2 years ago. Place was great when Mo and Jackie were in the office management. They were getting things done and making the apartments so much more nice looking! Since them departing it’s been countless of new temporary woman. They don’t do anything but sit in the office. There hasn’t been no new renovations toward the property since. Numerous complaints made and nothing returned. My neighbor had countless of break-ins recently, they broke in through his kitchen window, the office failed to fix it which caused the perps to come back EVERY DAY for A WEEK, my neighbor unfortunately moved out on the last night of these break-ins after he had enough with the office and authority’s. Maintenance was cool when Raul was there but now if your maintenance request isn’t a “high priority” they will take MONTHS to come. Basically, they like to keep all the druggies and thief's and kick out the good people. It’s like they want their apartments to be low quality. I will fortunately be moving out soon. Just wanted to put this on for future tenants looking for a home. Don’t be fooled by the “All bills paid” although that may be true, it’s not not worth all the hassle that comes along with the apartment complex."

"From the day my family and I moved in.... My boyfriend, and I had to literally bomb (for for roaches) and clean up our own apartment. Mold in bathroom, but the ladies in the office were awesome extremely nice and helpful. But today I met Serena (in the office). She was unprofessional and rude. Instead of apologizing, because the problem I'm having is clearing their mistake. She tells me, "if you don't like it. You can request to move out." REALLY!! That was totally uncalled for.... I wouldn't recommend these Apartments to anyone. I only moved here, because it was closer for my kids to get to school. Oh yeah! One more thing.... We had to buy a RAT trap last week. We got the one that was living behind the fridge. I just hope that was the only one. Its just to bad I can't post a pic on here. Thanks for your terrible service SERENA.... You clearly have poor Customer service experience."
