"I’ve lived in apartments since I was 19 and now I am 28 with two kiddos and this place is AMAZING. Super safe and beautiful apartments. Danielle the office manager and the owner are AMAZING as well. Any issue I have had they fix right away and will do anything to make it right. Recently my AC went out and couldn’t get it fixed till next day and they even took out my trash for me and offered their Airbnb that is on site. I’ve never been so happy with a complex, been here for almost 9 months. I see myself staying here until my kids are older and need a 3 bed place. In the past I have ALWAYS moved from apartment to apartment. They really go out of their way to ensure I’m taken care of. Thank you Danielle and mike!!!!"

"I have had a roller coaster ride living at Santa Fe. The air conditioner unit flooded our hall, the toilet never flushed, we got the unit filthy upon move in and had to patch up holes through the wall (literally to outside) and big roaches that have been there a while and had babies. Fly infestations all summer long. The only reason we moved in was it was close to my job and we had to rush to find a place before our lease ended where we were. None the less, once my husband and I bonded with the maintenance man, Felix, he met our every need. He is exceptional. John, the owner, is cool. Mike even ended up being cool and adjusted a few overages for me. Would I recommend, not necessarily… but it’s not the worst and for that, I didn’t give 1 star."

"I have lived here for two years now it’s a nice area they have deer walking around in the back area by the volleyball court all the time and makes me feel like I’m in the country although I’m in the awesome city of San Antonio. I have known a property manager Mr. Mike for two years now he’s really kind and straightforward, easy to work with and has helped me and my family. Love this place and I would recommend."

"Santa Fe Condo Apartments it a great place to live I been living here for the past 3Yrs The property it well maintained And kept up it very peaceful all the residents are friendly the pool is crystal clear very clean the Property Manager Annette Ortiz. She’s the best ever thanks to her she’s has change things around this place is looking better than the past few yrs I know it under New Management I‘m happy here this is HOME if your looking for a place to live this is the Place Home Thank you all Annette Ortiz. Keep up the good work Santa Fe Condo is looking so Good‼️"
