"Worse place I’ve ever lived. I did not renew my lease and would not recommend this place at all. Lady’s in the front are very disrespectful. They do not have any customer service skills at all. They say they clean the pool in the summer, but me and my whole family and other family’s around the complex would get sick just swimming in it because they think cleaning leaves out of it is cleaning it. People have cut their feet on the bottom from glass and they still refused to clean it. They say they do pest control, but we had ants roaches and spiders like crazy. When we’d ask about getting pest control since we pay for it they say it already comes once a month. Never seen them at all in my whole year of leasing here. I have fleas and we don’t even have animals and that was a problem from the beginning. Work orders take 2-3 weeks to be completed. Very overpriced apartments. We even had people breaking into our vehicles. If I could give a zero star I would. Also the water is always being turned off and the places constantly floods."

"5 stars so you see this first because there is NO WAY these 5 star reviews are genuine. This place is NOT MILITARY FRIENDLY. Please stay away. They took advantage of me and they will do the same to you. They penalized me even though I showed them military orders 2 months in advance like I was supposed to per the military clause. My rent was $568 but somehow they charged me $3200 without any itemized bill to show me for the charge. Instead of giving me an itemized bill like I had been requesting for months, they send me straight to collections after telling me they had no record of me living there or vacating the apartment in 2018. This is absolutely unacceptable. Management never reached out to me or returned any of my phone calls or emails. I vacated in October 2018 only to have a walkthrough/inspection of the apartment in January of 2019??? That makes absolutely no sense. I was not living there for almost 3 months before they decided to “inspect” the apartment. From the roach infestation, corrupt staff, lack of parking, broken online payment system, this place has been nothing but awful. Please stay away from this place. I truly believe they are trying to scam people here, there is no other explanation for their behavior. They keep saying they “have new management” as a marketing ploy and an excuse to not pay back the $3000 they owe me. It’s all the same people scamming their tenants under a different management company. Please be aware of these scams!"

"Less than a star. Been at this complex for a few months now and in that short time I’ve had a multitude of problems. Several things had to either be fixed or replaced when I moved in. I had ants that got in my kitchen and ruined my food and after they had the place sprayed the roaches moved in. I’ve been finding roaches in everything, including my freezer somehow, ruining well over $100 in food and having to constantly clean dishes, silverware, etc that they keep crawling on. When my wife complained to them they insulted her by saying that she threatened the staff, just because she’s an immigrant and has an accent. I couldn’t tell people enough to NOT move into this rat hole! Stay away unless you like roaches in everything and water going out in the entire complex on a weekly basis! Update: the source or the roaches in the fridge and freezer is the refrigerator it self! They are living in the doors and seals of the appliance!"
