"It's ok if you can get a one bedroom at 700 Gentleman Rd. Very spacious but the make ready leaves a lot to be desired. It's an older complex so don't expect fancy. It is practical. Ok for a year lease"

"Roach infested also slow maintenance my kitchen was flooded from August until the end of September when I moved out.. I have screenshots of all the requests I put in starting in August till end of September. Also it’s been 2 months and still no word on my deposit or how much I’m getting back ..overall I’m happy I moved out"

"I'm an active resident and I urge you to not move here. They do not fix anything. My air conditioning has been broken since summer of last year and they do not care if your elderly. I've put in work orders for filters that never arrive. I currently have a window unit that I paid for with my own money. I have a sink in my restroom that has a hole in it from rust... they came and put caulking on it and completed the work order. I will keep posting updates on my current living status daily till my stuff is fixed. If I could post pictures I would. Oh also. The managers just copy paste the same message to every tenant that leaves a review. DO NOT MOVE HERE unless you wanna be charged extra charges every month just for them to say " oh were sorry our systems are charging everyone extra by themselves." Yeah okay sure dudes."
