"This is a great place to live but I can’t get anyone to come and do some simple repairs on my apartment. My ac unit had to be fixed about 5 different times and it still leaks. Last December of 2022 my apartment flooded due to pipes of other apartments breaking and it’s now February of 2024 and the issue still isn’t fixed. Now my washing machine is having problems and i work so I need that fixed ASAP and no one has even come to look at it. I understand being short handed but they gotta do better about their maintenance calls and actually getting the problem fixed not just fixing it temporarily."

"If I could rate this 0 starts I would. This is so unprofessional I had someone helping me speak to them in Spanish. And they were ok but when I came to my move in date they hand keys to me and the apartment was dirty and had mold they didn’t want to talk to my help. Even if I said it was ok! Then they told me to put in a work order when the apartment was never move in ready. Save your time and don’t even apply here. this people don’t care for our health even when we say this is harmful for me because I have asthma. This are pictures of their “move in ready apartment”. Now as you see in the response they want to blame my translator. Here is the evidence of how unprofessional they are and the proof the apartment was never “move in ready” and infested with mold"

"I would give 0 stars if I could. We moved in in March, and by June our AC was not working fully. It was 90 degrees in the master room with the AC set to 72. This is while my partner and I worked full time outside in 100 degrees every day. Our shower also would not stay cold for more than 20 seconds at a time, and would shoot scalding water, so I could not even take a cold shower to cool down. We submitted a work order, and for the next three months I sent multiple emails and work orders saying the issue was not fixed, even though maintenance came to "fix" it every time I submitted a work order. At one point, after 3 or so times of maintenance coming to "fix" it, my partner and I cleaned the vents ourselves, which were DISGUSTING. It immediately made the AC air pressure slightly better, allowing our room to get down to 80. How did multiple maintenance checks come through and not think to clean the vents. However, this did not fully fix the problem, and the unit was still not cooling fully. I sent more emails, with more pictures of the thermostat with time stamps, and still got no response. At one point I was told my emails were being forwarded to management, but of course I heard nothing. Fast forward to now, we still have a month of our lease but we moved out early due to a job I could not pass up. I finally got a hold of management after being told they had not been told that we had been calling and didn't know about our emails. I was then told to just RESUBMIT THE WORK ORDER. At this point it has been 4 months without fully functioning AC, and it had also been leaking for a few weeks even AFTER maintenance came to "fix" the leak. All I was trying to ask was for some sort of rent reduction for the last month, which we fully plan to pay, but instead of even addressing this question, they just keep telling me to re submit a work order. It's like talking to a brick wall. Additionally, I found out recently from a coworker who also lives there, that when their AC was out for two weeks they were given a window AC unit until maintenance could fix the issue. Of course this was never offered to us after MONTHS of overheating. We ended up spending 200$ to get our own. I ALSO found out about a unit that had mold which made the residents sick and they are pursuing legal action, but that is not my story to tell. DO NOT LIVE HERE."

"I moved in here on 9/22 and I hate I did. It is roach infested and was told that I have to wait until Friday a whole week before they spray. They didn’t check the washer/dryer one of the reasons I moved here and it doesn’t work and nasty, the toilet has been running since I moved here, management clearly do not care about their residents. I put in several maintenance requests and none of them has been taken care of. I’m over it. Nasty condensation pipe in the tub which should be outside because that’s very dangerous to be sticking out the wall of the tub. I wished I had read reviews before I moved here because I wouldn’t have. This is the worse place I ever lived. Clearly nothing was checked to make sure it worked while they had me waiting as if they were really getting this apartment together for me. They only care about the number/money not the people."
