"I’ve lived at this property for going on 5 yrs. In the beginning things weren’t so great. Within the last year and a half new management and ownership stepped in, what a difference! Melissa and staff came on board and whipped this property into shape! Since they took over the property there are so many new and exciting things happening around here. Upgrades to our mailbox area, leisure areas, and apartments are happening all the time! You see it, not just hear empty promises. Plus the staff is really involved in getting to know their tenants. They celebrate holidays and special occasions on site and offer treats and goodies which is really cool. They also have food trucks come onsite for us residents and ones that may not have transportation to go check out some awesome food. The maintenance dept is on point these days! You put in a request and next thing you know they are knocking at your door no waiting weeks for things to get done. I don’t plan on moving from here for awhile, well at least as long as the staff here are around. lol. If you’re looking for a place that’s perfect for single folks, elderly folks, or families then this is the place. Forget all you’ve heard and read before things are different here now."
