"Overall, it has been pretty budget-friendly to live here. The electric costs (A/C) bill is kind of steep, but the new management has fixed our A/C finally so that it cools as best it can with the unit we are renting. Very mixed groups of people live here -- students, young families, older/retired singles/couples, military new in town, etc. The neighborhood seems safe; I have not yet experienced anything personally that has made me feel unsafe (though, I don't walk or jog outside after dark here so really can't comment on the overall safety). Things that are good or on the "up and up": new maintenance team; fitness room; pools have been upgraded and include nicer lawn furnishings; nicer landscaping; seems safe to live here overall. Things that are not good here: many neighbors don't pick up after their dogs; hair and dust is painted over in cabinets (gross); entire bathroom and kitchen areas of at least the older units need updating; certain units have balconies that don't have any privacy or means to creating privacy due to new 'look' rules made by the new property management company. I'm positive our rent will increase next lease term given all the updates that the new company is doing to the shared areas and certain apartment units."

"HORRIBLE service. Do NOT move in. I have lived here for about 9 months and I cant wait to move out. I have found about 5 mice in my kitchen since I moved in and it took FOREVER for maintenance to even come and all they did was cover the holes and put useless traps that didnt work, we had to buy our own traps that actually caught the mice. When i moved in my room was infested with red ants that till this day maintenance hasnt fixed. I have a 2 month old daughter and a couple weeks ago i found ants on her crib and a mouse in her room!! My bill for the past 3 months has been over $300 for the A/C and that cus we keep the a/c off during the day and only turn it on at night. The doors for our laundry area are 1 different kinds of doors so they dont close right. We pay WAY too much for this apartment than what its actually worth. At first glance we couldnt wait to move in, now we cant wait to move out."

"only my 3 night here, they painted OVER the hair in the cabinets and the bugs are riduculous! We are already looking to move out of here. The gate doesn't stay closed, what is the point of having a gate for security if it does not do it's job? It was absolutely dirty when we moved in.."
