"Was a great place to live before sylvia took over!!! Horrible rental agent in charge, , laundry room is filthy , rotten stairwells, i fell down stairs and broke my soldier, , thier fault , trying to evict me! Roaches everywhere, sylvia very rude , entered my home constantly for no reason, looking for things to charge me for , claiming she was just doing her job, have contacyed legal for harassment!!!!"

"I just moved out of the edge studio apt a month ago to move in w my bf and I honestly miss it, great prices on 2b/2b and a really friendly manager, Pedro. The complex is small which I really liked. Only thing they’re missing is in unit w/d. If I ever leave my bf I would move back here!"

"These apartments are so cute and trendy. The area is super quiet, and is in a great location, close to H‑E‑B and many different types of food eateries. The manager, Pedro, really cares and it shows. He is so kind and informative. He explains everything in detail, which is super helpful. The pool always looks inviting, and the grounds are clean. You will not be disappointed in moving here."

"I drove a friend home and went inside to get water for less than 20 minutes. I walked back out and my car was gone! Theres was no signs saying visitor parking or no parking. I called the tow truck company and they said they had my car on the way back to their yard. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone that has guests frequently."

"I’m so livid…I actually have a reserved parking, which I paid for of course, and it turns out when I came home late yesterday night, there was another car parked in my spot. Now, I actually decided to just look somewhere else and not make a big deal because I felt bad for the car owner (maybe they’re new tenants and didn’t know), so they didn’t get towed. I was also tired and let it go. However, today for a second time the same car was parked there but this time I got out of my car to go see if they had a blue parking sticker or visitors’ one, when it turns out that they also have a reserved tag with the SAME parking number. Mind you, I do move out at the end of this month BUT I AM STILL HERE….that parking is also already paid for for this month until the very last day before I no longer live here. I just hope i don’t get towed as I still have a week left here!!! Edit: The office got back to me and everything has been discussed. I still have a week to go so I’ll be able to park in my spot without any problems."
