Neighbors are friendly and I am glad to feel at home. I thoroughly recommend any one take a chance ESPECIALLY with the new management! Thank you for taking care of us!"
"Moving into marigold after living in a motel for a month last year has been apleasure. Theyre a little short staffed so work orders take time but the customer service provided by the property manager Courtney absolutely makes up for it. I truly enjoy living here@"
"I haven’t had AC since I’ve moved in. It’s clearly a problem because I saw other apartments with window units. After two months without getting it fixed I get a window unit, it’s a 106 degrees outside and I do pay my rent. Courtney wants to threaten people about screens that are already busted! Is that more important than your tenants health. Black stuff coming out the bathtub faucet. No shower but have the nerve to have a shower head. Never complained about any of that but to suffer the heat when your bills are paid…No, that’s absolutely unreasonable."
