Legacy Heights Apartments

"I have to say, moving to Legacy Heights was the best decision ever! My leasing Agent, Dominique Horne made this process as easy as possible. She was always available to help, answer questions, or if I had any concerns, which wasn't often, she was patient, kind and put my mind at ease. I've only been here since March 1st, 2024, but I love it! This is a quiet, gated community and it's very nice and affordable compared to other similar properties in San Antonio. Right now there's still a move-in special! If you're looking for a great luxury apartment home, that's reasonably priced, I highly recommend Legacy Heights and suggest you ask for Dominique personally because she will go above and beyond for you!! A minor con: There's a required Tech package, and sometimes getting connected or adding additional devices is complicated. However, the Internet is super fast because they're using the Spectrum Business Fiber connection, and you get a basic cable package as well."

"Absolutely horrible experience with these apartments. Moved into the apartment without it being cleaned the walls were covered in food and the carpet was filled with cat litter. While staying here for a year my car was stolen and my truck was broke into. They claim to have security who is a lady who is never seen but half the time the gates to go In and out of the facility are broken and left open as well as huge holes in the wooden fence people can walk in and out of at all times. Watched someone's car get broke into in broad daylight. We would have to get up multiple times a night to check our vehicles because people would be walking through the apartments stealing packages and riding bikes around with crowbars. Saw multiple car windows broken around the complex as well as talked with other members living there who have had their cars stolen. Even with moving into my apartment dirty I was still charged a cleaning fee when I left the apartment alot cleaner than when I got ther. I was told to email the office and never received a response from the manager. Vacant apartments were being occupied by homeless people half the time locking the maintance crew out of them. Very poorly managed apartment complex. Would not recommend."

"Called Legacy Heights looking for an apartment for my relocation from Houston to Alamo Heights. Jaron assisted me and was very friendly and competent regarding any of my questions or concerns. I Was able to do a virtual tour and signed everything digitally for a swift and easy move in just a couple weeks later! Great experience with Legacy Heights so far, definitely ask for Jaron!"

"Legacy Heights Apartment is a great and affordable complex that offers many luxurious features. The gym is easily accessible all day and is quite good. The location is one of my favorite parts about this apartment, with many stores and restaurants located right next door. The team is working hard each day to constantly improve residents' experience, overall in terms of space, cost, friendly staff, and location, I would recommend this spot. Even the property owner would come out to ensure everything was okay and that our stay at Legacy Heights Apartment was comfortable."
