"I walked in without an appointment a few weeks ago and met with Taryn. Taryn was more than happy to show me around the complex and talk to me about the services they provide as well. We discussed various units and the fact that I had an ADA service animal. "The Flats at River North is a hip, cool place; well designed and engineered, a swell spot to call home. The staff is top-shelf, available and helpful. My large two bedroom/bath unit has all of the comforts ie14 ft ceilings, huge doors, nice windows & storage galore, plus a secure and private patio. The kitchen is modern, well equipped and nucleus to the apartment. The bathrooms are equally impressive and elegant. Safety and security here are forefront making for a relaxed environment, including secure garage parking. My pet and I enjoy the dog park just across Broadway. The many street food venues around make for a relaxed place to graze and socialize. I am happy to share my life experience here in the knowledge apartment shopping should not be such a daunting task.
