"Around the year 2010 the roof on this building failed and water got into the building internally, I alerted the apartment manager Rita at the time and she seemed completely unconcerned, the owner of the building at the time- Abdo Solomon is a known slumlord owner. They may have replaced some of the drywall in this building but I guarantee you the owner of this building did not do a proper mold decontamination at all. Be warned black mold is growing on the inside of this very old building and it is not worth $900 for a tiny efficiency to endanger your health!"
