"Good apt. Great rent. Quiet, calm. Not 100% secure, but safe."

"Worse place I have ever lived. Some people were nice and it is a shame they are still there. Cockroaches every where!!!!!! Not a healthy environment for anyone.! 2 stabbing and some mugging, Not a place for senior citizens."

"Recently, the apartment above my mothers apartment flooded. Fire department came out and told her that she could not stay there because of the mold and mildew that will grow inside the walls, the entire apartment was flooded. There’s a record of this with the fire department other than putting up fan blowers to dry the floor. Nothing else has been done. No updates given to my mother, as far as mold remediation, that is sure to grow inside. the walls were bubbling out."

"Staff was so patient and knowledgeable. Preparing to move my grandmother there and can feel a sense of family and safety in this facility. Clean and quiet. We got to view a 2 bedroom which was so large and affordable. I am so grateful they had a market value apartment for my grandma since her income is too high for Saha assistance and can't be accepted due to income limits. There needs to be more options for middle class on this side of town."

"You guys are doing a fantastic job in the office. These ladies are making up for the previous management. They are very caring and helpful. They are always there when needed. They have patience and make the time for us. It's 100% much better than the last management company!!"
