"Love living here and we have been here for a year and half now! Haven’t had any issues living here and anytime we need maintenance it’s done within the same day of making a request. Would highly recommend and all the leasing agents and management are very friendly. 10/10!"

"We moved into a brand new apartment at Magnolia Heights and have been very happy for years. The manager, AJ Palacios, is always accommodating and runs a tight ship. He has worked hard to mentor and build his team from the front office staff to maintenance and cleaning crews. One day I found Elena on the floor of the elevator with a razor blade removing slivers of blue protective film which originally covered the stainless steel. It was a detail the builders carelessly left but which Elena noticed and was taking it upon herself to make the elevator look more polished. Maintenance requests are handled by Danny and Ray efficiently. Kendra is really great and a fast learner. No matter how busy they are, they take the time to smile and listen. Magnolia Heights hosts events such as Wine Down Wednesdays and other special things for residents. I want to compliment AJ and the entire team for always being responsive, friendly and professional. "We have been residents at Magnolia Heights for over a year and couldn’t be happier. Our apartment is absolutely beautiful and AJ, Kendra and Jerrod from the office make us feel at home. The few maintenance concerns we have had with our apartment have been resolved very quickly. There are weekly social events that we try to attend. It is great meeting some of our neighbors and sharing a glass of wine. We hope to stay at the community for a long while."

"I am extremely disappointed with this apartment complex. My air conditioner unit has broken multiple times. They "fixed" it today, yet, as the photo shows, the A/C does not work properly. The gate near my unit was broken for an extended period of time. This is a terrible apartment complex that has taken advantage of me. Please look at the Yelp reviews for other tenants' awful experiences. The photo shows the AC they "repaired" that by after 8 p.m. this evening could not cool to the stated temperature SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!! (Other nights I have called their after hours number; I certainly would never have rented here if I knew the after hours service consists of dialing the main number, making a selection and then being transferred to a person that seems to be in another country. After 45 minutes to an hour a service person arrives. Tonight I am staying offsite rather than deal with that nonsense.)"

"I had an extremely disappointing experience living at this property. The management was incredibly neglectful, stupid in many ways, showing little concern for the residents and their problems. Employee turnover was rampant, which made it difficult to rely on consistent service. Countless amenities were in a constant state of disrepair, from elevators (which broke down for weeks on end and almost monthly) to parking garage gates, hot water, air conditioning units inside the apartments, and the list goes on. People steal stuff and break into the building and the Management never sends out notices, warnings, or tries to catch anyone. The police are here every other day, 3 people were handcuffed on my floor!!! Moreover, communication regarding these persistent issues was severely lacking, and when problems arose, the management conveniently stopped answering their phones. The sound insulation in the building was abysmal, as every footstep and noise from the neighbors above reverberated through the walls, making it an incredibly noisy and frustrating living environment. The only positive aspect of this property was its location, but even that couldn't compensate for the numerous ongoing problems. Despite being marketed as a luxury residence, the reality was far from it due to the constant maintenance issues. Arrogant and annoying people running the whole place, and they never apologize sincerely!"
