"The only good thing I can say about this place is that the location is great. Beautiful neighborhood and beautiful street. The building itself is falling apart. Everything breaks down and the management does nothing about it. Maintenance takes weeks to fix anything there. The owners do nothing to maintain this property and it shows. They do not care about their tenants at all because they know they will get another fool to rent it out. This place is rat and roach infested and the air vents are filled with mold. I loved my unit. It was a beautiful place but extremely poorly maintained. I lived there for almost 3 years until I just couldn't deal with the problems anymore. You get what you pay for, right? I had always wanted to live there because I thought they were charming. When I went to the Property's office, they literally told me that at least I "get to live in Alamo Heights". Are you friggin kidding me?? As if I couldn't afford anything else and I should feel privileged. I now pay double what I was paying there for a gorgeous place and I do not regret leaving at all!"
