"Let me start by saying, the first half of my first year here was great. They ran into issues being able to move me into the unit I originally applied for, due to the previous tenant having COVID. But one of the ladies—I believe her name is Ashley—was able to get me a better unit for a deal that actually saved me money! Maintenance was also always great! They always came the very next day (or even day of if I placed a request in the morning). The new management isn’t too bad. They send a lot of emails with events and policy updates, and they are responsive to issues. But the negatives began to largely outweigh the positives after that first half year. -I’ve had a handful of issues with noisy neighbors, and while there was never an immediate solution, and I was left to sit through nights without sleep due to them, management would send email reminders about noise policies. -The parking lot is a huge pain. Especially since they repainted. First off, the paint makes the whole lot smell like dog poop, but I assume that will pass with weather and use. BUT outside of my building, they did not paint the lines properly, so there is a parking space that can’t even be used because they painted it too small, while the other spots next to it are too large. There’s already not enough parking as is. The lot is also very difficult to drive through, and you have to play chicken with other cars passing by, because there’s no room for two cars to drive past each other in any one area. -The paint job in the unit is horrid. The paint seems to not be primed, so it peels up very easy and stuck to and permanently damaged everything I put in the cabinet, and flakes of paint would come off and stick to the floors as well. BIG RED FLAGS HERE -The roach problem at this complex is the absolute worst I’ve ever seen. The lack of structural integrity of the building allows for roaches to hide just about everywhere: in the cracked paint of walls and ceilings, in cracks between baseboards and the wall, behind all the mirrors, in every inch of the kitchen cabinets, and more. I was killing upwards of 20 roaches a day, of all sizes. I was constantly finding egg sacs and feces in my dishes and on the counters. It was so bad that I’d find roaches crawling on me in my sleep. -Outside of my building is a sewer cap. In my 2 years there, it had burst and leaked more than 7 times! Which meant the parking lot and the lot of the neighboring complex would be covered in HUMAN FECES and URINE and toilet paper, which was absolutely disgusting and smelled so horrid, and made it impossible to not track a strangers fecal matter into my home (on the bottom of my shoes). SHORT STORY: I’d be able to put up with noisy neighbors and difficult parking lots, but between the roaches and the human feces in the parking lot, I cannot bring myself to stay another year here, and would strongly recommend anyone to turn away from this place until they solve those issues. This is not a safe and clean place to live."

"We have been living here for almost a year now and I can confidently say that we will be staying! Our apartment is beautiful, upgraded and spacious. The location cannot be beat due to access to major highways. The most important aspect of this property though is the management and maintenance, who are all incredible. Candace, the new manager has really taken control of things. She has made multiple upgrades including the community area, which now has grills and a seating area. The parking lot was resurfaced and potholes were completely taken care of. Our laundry doors are being fixed/upgraded to look way better. And not to mention Candace is kind, caring and will always listen to concerns if needed. The maintenance crew is also incredible, almost every single time I have put in an order the guys are out the same day to help out and are so kind in the process. We love our community and we cant wait to renew soon!"

"Went by for a tour of this property and was amazed. Excellent customer service and a very beautiful property. Saw that the maintenance really take care of the property as they we're picking up around the dumpster. Beautiful pool and other beautiful amenities. Thank you Audrie and Candace for the tour."

"Candace D. is the absolute best and has put in so much hard work and effort to upgrade the complex. She has taken action very quickly, she is efficient, and she made me feel comfortable speaking with her honestly about my concerns. Not only is Candace excellent but the maintenance team and the front desk employee have made my experience living in my apartment very pleasant. Candace is an absolute gem to the community and the most pleasant property manager I've ever worked with."
