"Only live there for 3 months glad I got out of there. Not luxurious, roaches.ants Apartment smelt old, dirty carpet when I moved in and washer. The charges and fees are ridiculous and included with rent and the price of rent I was paying you can get a 3 bedroom somewhere else please Stay away y’all now I gotta pay 5,000 for breaking my lease. A lot better than paying 1350 for a 1 bedroom"

"This place is a Slum! Beware of Roach Infestation in the back of the Refrigerator and within Dishwasher; stuff you can’t see when you move in. Had to get the Dryer replaced as well and it took months The Management staff is spineless as the solution to the roach problem basically was put back on us .. knowing that my son just had a baby and his wife had a c section! She offered nothing to make their circumstances easier!! So they have to take their baby and stay at relatives homes.. a week old baby!!! Until the place is “fumigated “ And my son has to run back and forth cleaning it up as the nasty roaches die! Not sure they will even replace the refrigerator.. they may still keep it.. wow!! Throw the damn thing away!! And of course no offer to let them out of their lease!!! No offer to at least put them up in a hotel.,, Sad.. I guess this is a lifestyle management chooses for themselves but most decent people don’t want to live in a roach infestation !! Don’t move here!!! Plenty of other good choices! Shame shame on human beings who don’t have integrity to do the right thing !"

"DO NOT MOVE HERE! Our apartment wasn't ready when we tried to move in and we were told to come back in a week. They had already given us our keys and we had all of our stuff in a moving van. They had over a month to get the apartment ready for us and they weren't able to. When we got into the apartment it was filthy and in a state of disrepair. We had to clean up the apartment ourselves. The apartments are branded as luxury but are falling apart. There were bugs, cracks on the walls and ceiling, our refrigerator broke, and the toilets won't work if there is water in the parking lot. We put in maintenance requests for over 3 months to have a toilet fixed which was "resolved" only for the toilet bowl to crack open and flood a bedroom. Management said this "wasn't an emergency request as we could still use the other bathroom". Maintenance is slow and inconsistent IF they deal with the problem and they'll lie about resolving maintenance requests. In the 8 months I was there I NEVER had a smoke detector in my room There was bird poop piled in the outside hallways that they clean once every 4 months. Packages go missing, the pool is closed for over half of the year, the community center can only be used during their office hours after you give them your ID. There is trash piled up outside of people's houses and in the front of the complex. The location is not safe or secure, the gates are always damaged and they're never repaired. There have been numerous other complaints about cars getting broken into and stolen by other tenants. Our car got broken into and damaged as a result of their poor security and was almost stolen. They don't even have working cameras in the complex so the police case wasnt able to go anywhere. The towing company they use is predatory, the day we got the car back from the shop it was towed and damaged again within 4 hours. They Idle their tow truck with their lights off at night waiting for cars to park so they can tow them. Management had neglected to inform us that registering a new car had kicked our actual car off of their software. Lastly there always seemed to be police officers called to the property, there have been numerous violent assault cases in the complex. Employees and tenants here have been threatened by people passing through. After we left they increased the rent by $205 and put it back on the market within a week. For $1775 a month there are much better places than this DO NOT MOVE HERE!"

"I am writing this review for my Grandson who is attending Tx A&M university. He moved into this complex on 5 Aug and was told the apartment was ready for move in. The apartment was very dirty. There was thick dust all over the outlets. Hair & blade in the washer. Human waste still in the toilet seats. Imagine moving into an apartment that still has bodily waste from another tenant. You don’t know if they had diseases. The place smells musty and then my daughter found that the AC had stagnated water and black stuff that looked like mold. The showers still had rings. She is a disabled veteran and had to clean the place herself which took her 5 days to clean the apartment and she was then in a lot of pain and got respiratory infection after trying to clean all the dust that was in the AC. My daughter put in several emergency work orders to get some stuff fixed and even spoke to the new manager where she said she would get it fixed and that was September 3. Nothing has been done. What should they expect when they didn’t even bother trying to clean the apartment when they moved in as well. Customer service is bad. Bait and switch on what apartment would look like. They didn’t even reply to a BBB complaint my daughter made. Make sure you have them show you the actual apartment you will be leasing. My daughter even said that maintenance closed out the work orders she placed & they never came to fix the washer, the sink or the AC with Mold. Then when she got out of the lease, Gabby was calling people about their work orders & maintenance was there and he made a gesture to Gabby about my daughter being there and Gabby loudly said, “yeah, I don’t care” & continued to call residents. Management was horrible. I’m glad my grandson got out of the lease."

"The place has definitely gone down hill since the new management company Internacional took over. Trash and discarded furniture litter the front and everywhere else on the property, management doesn’t seem to mind the look since nothing ever gets done to clean it up. Definitely NOT luxurious. Trash litters the inside of hallways and stairwells since residents leave out garbage which causes rodents to openly call it home. If you don’t mine coming home to roaches, possums and raccoons in the hallways you’ll love this place. For the price of rent here, I would definitely consider looking else where for a “luxurious” apartment."
