"Just finished a year lease here signed on with Crista and Anthony had a wonderful year not a single complaint they were always helpful and knew what they were doing. We decided to transfer units from a 1 bed into a 2 bed we reached out before the new year and ended up having to go to the office to let them know our lease is ending becasue they wouldnt get back to us unfortunately we also found out we have new management under ladies who never even gave name but there email says staci and apparently the manager is a maribel. HORRIBLE!!!!! new management….. they wouldnt let us transfer on the correct day and were not cooperative after we paid our $300 transfer fee…. Finally moved in to our new apartment front window is broken its been 5 days no response and they are demanding a $600 fee on top of the full rent we already paid and threatening eviction after transfer after sending an email we have 30 days to pay the remaining move out amount. Weve never been late on our bill and we are being treated as if we were not previously here for a year. This place has turned into a joke let me not forget we did not have hot water for 2 weeks and the only communication we got was if i called about it. They didnt even let us know when the hot water was back we just had to figure it out lol if i could leave a 0 star i would. If i could end my lease i would. DO NOT STAY HERE. Update to owner response!!! How could i possibly move in on the correct day when YALL didnt let me move in on my correct lease date???? Then you gave us 3 days instead of a week to move??? But thats my fault???? I have txt proof of threatening eviction lol the window has been broken prior to move in it looks like it tried to be fixed???? Why would i break my own window be serious wow There is other reviews about broken windows as well LOL i am on the message list how would yall email me i have 30 DAYS to pay my fees then switch up and try to say i was late for my first time ever. Yeah i know about late fees and this was yalls fault do not blame your tenet to try and get more people to move here wow thats so disrespectful and gross"

"Just moved in, I love it here! The manager Maribelle is amazing, staff & maintenance is super nice too. Even though im sure I annoyed them with all my questions, they didn't show it. Never applied somewhere and been able to move in so quickly. Definitely going to recommend more people here."
