"Drunks everywhere,trash,etc. My family has been there since 2007 and hasn't had any problems until recently the new management has been harassing my elderly grandfather. As a frequent visitor to this property I've seen it go downhill within months. Don't recommend living here at all."

"5 Stars for Brianna and Emilio as they work hard and are quick to respond to the slighest of issues. Even something as simple as replacing an a/c filter!! However, some people here treat it like trash. The apartments are older but roomy and NO BUGS, can't say that about 90% of rentals in SA. I love it here!!"

"If you want to live in a central location, pay nothing for fur babies, 30 day leases, free wifi and all the walking distance food and convenience store amenities, even an arcade and don't mind nightmare parking and live out loud community bustle(for the family types), or just want to be left alone, live here. I have for years now."
