"In fact, it doesn't even deserve a star, horrible conditions, that woman is of no use, she doesn't solve anything and she leaves your apartment in a mess. Don't move here, it has horrible conditions."
"Horrible condition within the air ducts, possible wood rot and mold. Charges your rent and the they try to evict you for not paying!"
"It was nice until they had a new manager she was rude.never wanted to fix anything never had hot water the sink was over flow with water and the bathtub. For days I had 2 kids living with me and took the meter from the light so we had no light for 2 weeks then she was trying to say we had 500 light bill when all bills was included in the rent .. no good service I will not recommend no one to go and live there.."
"NO Working washer and dryer, Mold in apartments. Managers have no clue what there doing. Do not even get billed right for Utilities. They don't even give you notice that they will be turning off your water. No hot water available in units. Backup sewage comes up from toilet and sinks. 1 space; Assigned Parking is not true you have to pay if you want a Designated spot otherwise you park where there's an open spot. When it rains hard some units get flooded. Changed the name from Arbor Grove to this Moxie. No matter if you paint to cover up the mold these apartments a NO good."
