"They entered my apartment and stole a hidden safe. Would it be maintenance or who else knows what is inside without searching so much? They broke the door and the apartments did not repair it until after a week, being exposed to whoever wanted to enter since It was on the first floor. Also a woman without clothes got into my 17 year old daughter's car!!!! Nothing is safe there and since I broke my contract now they want to charge me an extra month apart from the breach of contract, even though I left for the safety of my 13 and 17 year old daughters.Need less of one star"

"Although the application process is lengthy, the staff is very helpful and unlike most complexes, the residents respect each other and children don't run amuck. The place is well maintained. Only criticism is the dumpsters are always full but they are emptied 2 sometimes 3 times a week, so what can you do."

"From the beginning the process of getting into this property was a mess. Through out the duration of this process i worked most closely with the most senior male in the office A as well as the Property manager V. From the beginning, In dealing with A, my wife and I were met with a condescending attitude, one I now know based on Apartment ratings is not uncommon. In my case it is a difficult one, because I have recently left the Armed Forces and all my information did not match up with information that is requested during the application process, I assume this raised a red flag for A which justified his attitude. With this, we were told we could continue the process. Throughout the duration of this process I as well my wife have had to jump through many hurdles all of which we validated with ease. Hurdles which included changing the number of bank statements needed both past and present, validating bank info that V could have validate alone, to validating VA documentation already submitted and wanting additional VA documentation which does not exist. Sad part about all of this is that we heard about this property from current residents who's status in this country could be in question. While it is not my jobs to screen tenets, its a sad day when a struggling veteran is turned away while dishonesty and lack luster cross checking gets the OK."

"I moved to San Antonio 2015 and I took first appt due to being kinda rushed. I how ever will be moving soon not because I did not like it but because of location. Of I have a good working car it's a great place to live- I have loved livinging here. The maintance is out the next day of needed. The walls are of steel, and can't hear no noise next door or upstairs. Its quite and 1br are huge with a extra big restroom. Very nice complex to call home."
