Her leadership is evident in the way the estate operates smoothly and efficiently. Lauren, the assistant community manager, complements Jordan's efforts with her attention to detail and exceptional customer service. Together, they create an atmosphere of professionalism and warmth that makes every resident feel valued and taken care of. Victoria, the leasing consultant, deserves special mention for her role in ensuring that the leasing process was straightforward and tailored to my needs. Her expertise and friendly approach made what could have been a stressful transition into a delightful experience. The maintenance team is the unsung heroes of Cortland Estate. Their promptness, skill, and friendly demeanor ensure that all aspects of the estate are well-maintained and issues are resolved quickly.
