"Thanks to Magdalena, Alicia, and Clarrissa my stay at this apartment complex was wonderful. They helped me out whenever i have any questions (which for a first time renter was a lot of the time). They were quick to fix any situation that happened in my unit and everything was repaired or dealt with quickly. Everything here was worth the decent price. If you are going for a 1 bed i would say it is quite large for 2 people. And for the people that like baths the bathtubs are large and very comfortable. Management also went out of there way to make sure my wife who is allergic to soy (which is in basically everything) was includes with all of the party opportunities in the main office."

"Nice apartments inside but outside is not taken care of. All the grass is dead needs to be watered. The breezeways stinks and are so dirty, wish they could clean/power wash it frequently. Too much dog poop everywhere, gotta be careful where you walk. Dog park barely maintained, but I do remember seeing a maintenance guy clean it and he did it so well. Playground is not safe for kids, it needs turf. Hottest time of the year and the pool is closed, like cmon. This place needs a really good management team, and needs alot of work done. Especially for how much people are paying here, should expect more from them! Update: Changed it to 5 stars because everything I complained about has literally been changed! Loving the green grass! Breezeways was powerwashed and everything has improved alot! I hope they keep this up and especially with the dog park as well! Thank you new management!"

"I thought moving to this area was a good idea but boy, I was completely wrong. I have been living here for a year and in that year I have nothing but bad experiences here. First of all, it claims to be a gated community BUT the gate has only been closed 3 times MAX. They are always breaking into the mailboxes, stealing packages and for some odd reason, opening mail. Mind you, the mailboxes are in a gated (pin required) mini building. Going back to the FALSE ADVERTISEMENT of a gated community… my car was car #7 JUST THIS MONTH that was stolen from the property. 7!!!!! Yes, we have new management and yes they are taking care of things the last P.O.S management team we had never did but come on people… the gates and having cameras is a HIGH TOP PRIORITY!!! We can care less about the damn roofing being replaced, new addition to the gym, or floor being power washed at this moment. If this is a so called “gated-community” then make it one! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO LIVE SOMEWHERE ELSE. I wish I could give this place 0 stars because it does not even deserve 1."

"Ever since the new management has taken over, they’ve gotten way better. Maintenance requests are quicker, everyone is friendly, the only problem is the gate. People come in the middle of the night and break into cars, it’s been off and on since we moved in February. The gate should be top priority at this point."

"I hope this review reaches its current residents, please be aware that there have been 3 cars stolen this week. Management is not notifying its residents at all about this and ignoring the problem by not fixing the gates or getting cameras. Update: 2 more cars got stolen last night and what are they doing about it? …replacing the roofs!"
