"I have had the best experience living here. Any concerns I have had, they have been immediately taken care of and I was updated after. The apartment is safe, dog friendly and kept up very well. Beautiful complex and excellent office staff. Just resigned my lease for another year. Highly recommend. My view at sunset is worth every penny!"

When I was moving Jessie Garza who works maintenance completely stopped what he was doing and helped me with my boxes. He was extremely thoughtful. Love my new unit as well."

"You can find a better place to live! In the 3-4 years I lived here I had quite a few problems. The 2 most notable being 1. A sewage backup that flooded my apartment and had a hole cut in the drywall behind my toilet by a plumber that was never fixed and stayed a cut hole until the day I moved out. The front office did nothing but provide a carpet cleaning company but I also had other things that had to be thrown out due to the sewage backup flooding my apartment. 2. I had firearms stolen out of my apartment by a maintenance man while in the hospital dealing with serious health issues and the only thing the apartment did was offer their condolences and told me I had to file a claim through my insurance. Finally got some type of compensation after 3-4 months of speaking to dead end people with no information. Had to call corporate to even get a straight answer. Don’t live here. Find another place. This isn’t it."

"Great Maintenance!! I have been a resident here for nearly a year and a half. This afternoon I placed a maintenance request for light bulb replacements and to have someone look at the burners on my stove at 5:55PM. Less than five minutes later Mr. Jesse Garza was at my door with exactly what I needed. Super impressive!"

"My apartment has reeked of smoke day and night for the last 3 months plus. The manager (who as of the week of 9/10 is no longer employed here) responded to my numerous complaints with a letter to all residents stating it's only permitted to smoke on the balcony/patio. This is in direct violation of their addendum which says "100% smoke-free facility." Ironically, since receiving the letter, residents have moved all of their smoking to inside their apartments to avoid any hassle. Sadly, all of their smoke funnels into my apartment. The manager, leasing agent, and the courtesy officer say there's nothing they can do unless I provide video proof of neighbors smoking in their apartments. Ridiculous that they can't or won't even enforce their own policies. Clearly, management has no regard for my safety, property, or health. Be advised that smokers have all the rights here! In addition, garbage is an ongoing issue. It is essentially like walking through a stinking dumpster. Garbage is already put outside although pick up isn't for 36 hours. Dog poop from the 24th never picked up and fresh poop added the 28th."
