"This apartment complex is nothing but a money grab they will try and take every last cent from you stay away do not move here. They talk about luxury but have mold in certain units and don't clean up the various amounts of spider webs and eggs and wasps nests all over the breezeways nor do they come and change out air filters. We just moved out a little under a month ago left the apartment in better condition than we received it and we are being charged for a carpet replacement when we had no pets or kids or left any stains on their carpets and we didn't receive the carpet in brand new condition. We were only there for 16 months. The carpet has normal wear and tear from furniture and from regular 2 person foot traffic. The manager is also a piece of work she does nothing to help the residents and is barely in office most of time. Save your time and money and effort it will be wasted here. Move someplace else that won't give you a headache"

"I am only leaving this amazing apartment complex because I have to move closer to family. I would stay here all my life if I could!!! My roommate and I had the best experience here. Mike the maintenance guy is the sweetest and most helpful. Office staff is great, we love Jessica! The dog park is a great addition. The pool was used by us a lot. Parking for visitors is my only minor complaint but nothing crazy. Again, I’m leaving here kicking and screaming because this has been the best apartment I’ve lived at in 6 years. Thanks Mike for being a rockstar!!!"

"I worked with Bree, Houston & Jessica and they were all phenomenal! No question went unanswered and they made my move in process extremely easy! Stopped by to take a tour which Bree lead and I looked at various units. Bree did not hesitate even one moment to show me either unit, she wanted to be sure I got an apartment I was happy with. I originally applied for a A1X and then decided to go with the A2 floor plan and Bree & Houston made the change easy. Bree & Houston also kept me up to date with everything. Jessica made sure I was happy with everything. Jessica was busy when I walked into the office but immediately stopped what she was doing so we could go through the new move in checklist. It really shows everyone cares about their guests! Phenomenal staff, amazing location, beautiful property, zero regrets!"

"If i could give this place 0 stars I would!! If your looking for a place on this side of town keep looking. My family moved here because we loved the way the inside looked… yet we got placed in a apartment that wasn’t like the others and they never told us until 1 week before move in. They also have a bug problem ants, spiders, & pill bugs EVERYWHERE. Also black spots were coming out of the air vents and when we inquired about it, the maintenance person came in and wiped it off and said it was mildew and acted like we were stupid. When we went to the manager about it she hired her friend to come out and clean it. Even the guy she hired said it was mold. The manager didn’t believe us when we told her what he said. We had to move out early due to my family getting sick non stop since we moved there. I even added photos of what the vents looked liked. Even after they cleaned them it kept coming back. And the office people were rude. DON’T RECOMMEND LIVING HERE."

"We love our brand new apartment! Everything was great experience. Thanks to Renona who helped us from making appointment through virtual to processing and now as a resident. Coming from Northern VA and looking for a good apartment wasn’t easy at all when you’re from different state. Until Renona did the best of her ability by quickly responding to my questions on the email and by sending me virtual videos of the unit. Thanks to Ouya & Bella as well! They were all friendly and accommodating. We’re happy to be a resident here. Hope everything’s gonna be great until the end of our lease. I would greatly recommend Tacara at Stone Oak!"
