"Lived here for the past 7yr & have witnessed the involvement of numerous mangers. The pool has always been a drag. Lots of homeless scoping cars early mornings, shootings every so often, soundproofing is non-existent here doesn't pare well with the railroad across the street. Walking around you could see granite dust flying towards windows on a few buildings in the back end of the place, that being due to a supply store being across the street also the grinding is audible through closed windows/doors. New maintenance here is the worst, they aren't knowledgeable, definitely don't clean up after whatever they do, they don't even pick up lose trash like the previous ones, & looks like they just chill on the golf carts all day. Only stayed so long cuz the rent was cheap, I'm able to repair my own issues, & the area is relatively close to alot of activities. I don't recommend this property to any families."

"These apartments have gone down so bad. They keep changing managers, and they all end up being useless; not to mention their maintenance men they know nothing and just drive around in their carts all day. The pool is always filthy and closed, has not opened once in 2 maybe 3 years. Dumpsters are as nasty as some of the people that live there. Housing/Section 8 should come out and surprise visit people who work in the office, cause they are all useless; even visit some apartments. I didn't even want to press one star, but it wouldn't let me post if I didn't, lol."

"i want them to build a basketball court to keep youngsters out of trouble. one for each side that way kids n adults may have different collaborations' i would most definitely volunteer to make with professional experienced workers... p.s. the mainance men here are so great, not the managements fault that people got overrated lifestyles.."

"I absolutely love these apartments, the office staff has been very helpful and nice since the day I applied. The apartments themselves are very beautiful and spacious. The community was kept clean and maintenance is on top of any problems I had. I am proud to have once called this place home."

"Been here for 3 years. At first, our apartment was a mess when we moved in. However, since management was replaced 1-2 years ago, they have done an amazing job of maintaining the complex and implementing changes. They are always attentive to our needs and requests as residents. Raul, our head of maintenance, is really great at his job and does a wonderful job at getting things fixed quickly and correctly. Overall, the complex stays clean and landscaped. Neighbors have never caused us any problems and have always been respectful, and I think as long as you mind your own, no one bothers you. I don't have any complaints as of the past year or more, and I'm hoping our current management sticks around."
