"I moved out a few months ago. Very poor management, can hardly ever get a hold of them, when you do they have an attitude. There is only one nice lady in the office that seems to care but she can only do so much to help. They pretended not to know I was moving out even tho I told them face to face and sent them an email of my move out date. They say I owe them half a months rent and cleaning fees because it wasn’t until then they noticed I was gone.. yeah right. I’m not paying. I cleaned up after myself and my pet but there is only some much that could have been done to clean that place up. Leaks. Stains. Homeless screaming at the top of their lungs at 3 am. Squatters stealing your cps meter and management doing NOTHING to compensate. COOKORACHAS TOO. Infestation alert."

"I moved out been gone almost a year they are still trying to get money from me they are saying i owe 3000 when i hve never been late on rent before these people are demonic different people keep callin me tellin me to dispute charges i disputed it twice already and they are still asking me to dispute charges. I cant believe im still getting harrassed i want to sue now their apts have roaches and the staff is demonic and i think they set apt on fire for insurance money"

"Westland has people working for the Complex who are sleeping comfortably in their Air Conditioned Homes. Not me... My AC continually turns off, and stays off, and I have to resort to angry texts, and Phone Calls. I have documented this issue with the San Antonio Police Department should I perish overnight. I am a Heart Attack Victim, and cannot withstand the Heat inside my apartment , (almost 90 degrees inside)!! It is Best for all parties involved in this Careless Community, that nothing happens to me, as I have notified all of my contacts about this ongoing issue! It will not look good in Court. I need to be contacted immediately, as I am sweltering in my Apartment. Thank you!"

"This place will try to get money from you because of lack of previous landlords not paying bills. Be careful moving here. And be more carefup if you have kids. Leaks and hot water, ceilings falling, showers from up stairs dripping down from lack of repairs. This place needs to be shut down. Crack heads relaxing on your patios ,Homeless people stay in all vacate APARTMENTS! DO NOT MOVE HERE"
