"Worst apartment I've ever lived in. Completely false advertising website doesn't even look like the complex. One pool dry and empty the other was unusable for most of my first year. No fitness center room was gutted and had no equipment. Now homeless people are breaking into the empty units in my building causing damage to my unit and property with water damage maintenance comes inspects says they'll be back to fix issues and never come or call about appointments. This has happened twice nice, same issue, months apart. If you're going to spend what this complex charges for this place I would highly suggest looking elsewhere. Property has already been bought and sold twice in the year I've lived here. In that time the main boiler for our building was out for ELEVEN WEEKS STRAIGHT. WE HAD NO HOT WATER FOR ALMOST 3 MONTHS, and was still expected to pay the full amount each month with water that's allocated through the buildings as it was literally pouring out on that ground all that time. I was barely using my water boiling it for baths and it was higher those months than any other. In my opinion, this complex is all about money and doesn't want to fix anything. Just horrible horrible experience at this place. If there was an option to give zero stars I would have."

"This place is the very worst! Office does not care about anything. We have had NO HOT WATER FOR MONTHS during Thanksgiving and Christmas. Water pipes broken and they had the guys that's painted this awful place dig large holes. One in front of my apt and one in back. Took them months to finally fix and fill the holes. Probably because the city was coming to inspect. Horrible place to live. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! Super dark parking lot. Homeless always breaking in. Really they get zero stars!!!"

"Only giving one star because there's no choice for negative stars. Changing the name of the apartments doesn't change all the issues they have. The hot water not working and then having water turned off workout notice for hours if not full days, AC not working properly, roach infestation, rats and mice living in walls. The list goes on and on. I just wish one of the new management would actually make some change to that place to make it better."

"They changed the name of the complex!! It used to be Latitude Apartments.. this is the worst place I've ever lived in!! You go nearly two months or more without hot water!! And for the manager to tell you WELL WHY DONT YOU JUST BOIL SOME HOT WATER!! I have small babies!! I've have gone over a week now without using my kitchen.. they office tells me to put in a work order.. and lies and says we will send maintenance over and they never come!! My kitchen now smells really back and floors flood. Kitchen sink and dishwasher has been flooded OVER A WEEK!! Mold in the bathroom tub!! You put in work orders and they don't come to fix anything!! They don't care!! No returns your call when you call the emergency number"
