ROACH INFESTED MOLD ON WALLS AND THEY CHARGE FOR EVERYTHING FROM PEST CONTROL TO BEING LATE ON RENT LATE FEES NEVER STOP SO IF YOU 5 OR 10 DAYS LATE YOU GOTTA PAY ALL THOSE DAYS!!! THEY MADE EVERYONE SIGN A CONTRACT WITH RULES STATING THAT IF COPS ARE CALLED OR IF YOUR OUTSIDE AFTER 9PM YOU GET A 24 HOUR EVICTION YOU CANT HAVE NO FAMILY MEMBERS STAY A NIGHT OR 2 CAUSE IF YOU DO YOU GET IN TROUBLE & GOTTA PAY A$100 DOLLAR FEE. Oh ya and the Laundry mat don't work doesn't take cash only tokens you get 4 tokens for $5 & the washers intend to eat tokens and when you tell the manager she replies "I DONT GIVE REFUNDS" trust me if you move here you'll regret it..."

"Apartment old and falling apart. Owner does not value his tenants and their quality of life under his contract. Being the first apartment ive rented in this state has been a very bad experience. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. My bathroom has severe water damage where the cabinets are sunk in. You cannot flush toilet paper down the toilet because it will flood and if you call maintenence outside of their 9-5 time you are charged, blamed for the flooding and left with no resolve!"

"I live here my van just got towed i did have the parking decal but juat cuz its old and my sticker was expired she decided to tow my van!!!! Also roaches everywhere and wont fix things when reported! Do not recommend living here at all its hell!!!!"
