"If speedy maintenance is important to you, DO NOT MOVE HERE. Consider yourself lucky if your water heater never goes out while you live here cause you’ll have to wait at least a week for them to fix it. Hire more maintenance or pay them more we shouldn’t have to wait a month for simple work orders to be completed."

"Me & My fiancé moved into this apartment complex last year in October, not what we wanted it was a rush & last minute decision! while they were under a different management under skyline management. We had the worst experience with the front desk lady named Julia because she never explained to us that we had to pay first months rent when we moved in October 31st & days after we were in the process of getting evicted. because they did not inform us about having to pay 1st months rent MIND YOU this was our FIRST TIME ever being in an APARTMENT so we didn’t know exactly what to EXPECT. The apartment we were in had pet hair everywhere we had to request for the cleaning people to come the sliding door blinds were installed wrong & broken took 3 plus months to get new ones. The outlets in the apartment some worked some did not, something to do with wires not done right, maintenance guys blame it on other works etc. After all that at first everything was going well we did not know that they had changed management 2 more times while living there new people come & go all the time in the leasing office. Maintenance orders were done sometimes complete on time but towards the end when our lease was coming to an end they did not do any of my maintenance orders because they said they had ac unit out & postpone all work orders & pest control would come all the time I needed them no issues there. Overall this apartment complex has its perks. Not 100% a great experience definitely do not recommend it’s a great community nice people etc just not a good place to live."

"This was the first time that I had moved out of home and got my own place. The area is the only good thing about these apartments. There is no maintenance. I put in several work orders, (one of which was for a leak in the ceiling that lasted for months and never got fixed), and none of them got fixed. The valet trash only takes your trash if you follow their instructions to the letter. We got charged for pest control monthly but no one ever came by to do anything for it. I would only recommend this place if you have children since schools are close by along with grocery stores, but aside from that, there are better, more affordable places to stay at than here"

"I have been living here since March and it has been nothing but disappointing … it started with my ceiling leaking pretty bad. I made a maintenance request and called and no response. It was not until I walked into the office to show them the picture did they respond. They had to gut it to fix and they couldn’t even paint to correctly to match which is an eye sore in itself. I just recently had a leak from my washer 3 weeks ago, and also submitted work orders which are still pending in the portal. I saw a lady who worked the front desk and she assured me they would get someone out to my apt but that was a lie because no one has come nor called about it. Luckily I have a friend that was able to come assist and fix it (it’s not my washer so it should not have taken me getting someone else to fix it) For weeks they have been talking about fixing the gates and making sure we had the app downloaded and ready because they were going to start closing. And still , gates not working. They have never worked since moving in. Lastly, if they pool is an amenity you enjoy to use look elsewhere. This pool is up and running every other week. One day it’s clean and good and the next it’s closed for weeks to get fixed. Also there is poop everywhere you walk behind building one that’s so bad it stinks as you walk near it and have to dodge stepping in it. if you’re okay with not having maintenance fix things for you in a timely manner and never having phone calls answered then this place is for you It is pretty quiet for the most part here, super convenient to be on wurzbach parkway, and the neighbors have been great otherwise. ."
