"Don't trust these guys. Many peoples who gave 5 star are working in the apartment. The charges are veryhigh, they will deduct deposit like anything. They will NOT approve the apartment eventhough you good credit score."

"We see the other reviews. We consider ourselves blessed to have moved in! Have we had maintenance issues? Yes. But they are minor and the staff has handled within 24 hours of reporting. The office staff is friendly and amazing! The location, the price and overall experience has been great! As for the trash valet, yeah, no pick up on Friday’s and Saturdays but take your lazy butt to the dumpster they provide. Doesn’t the vendor deserve a couple of days off? We do it! Those that complain obviously don’t realize this is apartment living. We’ve done our fair share, even rented a house for years and living here has been such a relief. Hope to be here for a good long while! Thank you Villas!"

"The management trash the whole apartment trash they charged me $4000 after I moved out The apartments are rat infested. I have complained to the city and even after they were threatened with fines they have not even tried to help. The apartment floods every time it rains I have pictures and videos."
