"Felipe the maintenance guy is the ONLY one who deserves the 5 stars in this whole new management company but since I can only leave 1 review I have to make it a 1 star. We have lived here since 2019, when the old management company was over this complex it was good and never had problems and I can honestly say I had the best neighbors. But after the is new management took over the only good thing that came out of was Felipe the maintenance guy. He DESERVES THE 5 stars The rent increase is HIGE down fall in this with the INFLATED nation and not much around us for the rent prices in this area. We have decided not to renew our lease mainly do to the rent increases and my new upstairs neighbor that have no control over his kids with the constant running and jumping all hours of the day and night. For these 2 reasons I give this rate a 1 star"
