"New resident at Aviator. The property manager Tatiana and staff were very welcoming and so helpful getting all the information and resources I needed to get moved in. The area is quiet with beautiful walking trails around the duck ponds that are in walking distance of the property. The pool and game area are amazing and a big hit with my kiddos. All around the property is clean and well maintained we are so happy we chose Aviator!"

"I just recently moved in and had the best experience with help from Tatiana she was a blessing and made it so easy with my move in she is the best , I love these apartments the pool area is inviting can't wait till summer till then I'll be using the workout room to get the exercise I need everything in there is well taken care of and now i can take my dog to the dog park and go for walks myself its nice and quiet so close to shopping centers . I found a place I can call home thanks again Tatiana I appreciate you and all your help."

"RAT infested. this place is HORRIBLE! do not move here, let me just say they are very unprofessional we had 3 huge rats in our apartment they put a small trap on the side of the apartment outside which did NOT work. We told Tatiana the lady in the front and she did not seem to care what so ever. We ended up catching all of the rats ourselves! We had to stay with family until our lease was up due to the rats and considering we had a little one. We were in apartment 3110 down stairs corner apartment HORRIBLE. please be aware."
