"The grounds are filthy, trash everywhere. Tried to call to complain but nobody ever answers the phone. So sad as it brings down the neighborhood and trash blows over to the houses near by that’s how bad it is."

"I needed a place asap & they were the only ones that had availability. I ignored the reviews b cuz of how desperate I was to have my own place. Well next time I'm listening to the reviews. The apartment had dead roaches everywhere, in cabinets , fridge , restroom , etc. I reported it & lucky for me the girl in the office had the stankiest attitude & rude . Can not remember her name. I was told Pest control comes in on Wednesdays to spray but they do not. Now recently my boyfriends truck has been stolen straight from the parking lot . Worst apartment complex experience ever . I can't wait for my lease to be up. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX."

"Let me say this just once...DO NOT MOVE HERE! The worse place to live if you are not on any kind of housing assistance and plan to pay full rent. Believe me you will hate coming home from work just to see trash all in the hallways and parking lot. What’s worse is that probably a 3rd of the people that live on this complex don’t even work! They leave leaking trash outside their doors and will leave it there for days or even a week at a time! Ugh makes me wonder what the inside of their apartment looks like. It probably explains why I still have the same roach problem since I moved in. I’ve made numerous complaints to the front office but they never do nothing about it and they also almost NEVER answer their phones! Oh yeah and good luck getting something fixed around here because their maintenance SUCKS! Currently purchasing a home so believe me I will be breaking my lease soon! It’s that bad here! Cheap rent indeed but the nastiest apartments to live in. So if you are a clean and hardworking person don’t throw away your money here. I’m not the person to put reviews but I want to warn anyone who’s planning on or looking to moving here. Yes"
