"If you want to live close to downtown without a lot of the downtown hassle, this is an great option. Seven years as a resident and I really appreciate the size and convenience of the location. Property management and maintenance are super attentive and I like that I know them and they know me. People visiting the property usually ask about the proximity of the railroad tracks--you get used to it within a day or so, honestly. We're also on a grid (don't tell anyone) with major city services so the power never goes out, no matter what. I could keep going...the thing is, we're like a little gem just off of downtown and the apartments go so quickly when they're available. So, if there's an opening and you're awesome (since we'll be neighbors), move on it fast."
