Multiple reports have been filed with apartment staff, to no avail. No hot water either. Please take your money and spend it on a better place to live. I hope I can break my lease soon. Pray for me."

"I had an appointment to view a 1 bedroom apartment, but when I arrived they said it had already been leased. I was informed that the person who made the appointment doesn't even work in the office, they work in the call center. This was an extremely disorganized and hostile environment. Every person we interacted with was extremely rude."

They violated Texas Property Codes Sec. 92.056 and will deny they've done nothing wrong or illegal and continue to bully you into saying that you cannot break your lease, which is false. Shiela and Russ are cowardly managers who will avoid dealing with you and the issues at all costs so they can keep your money. Living conditions are horrid and maintenance takes their sweet time in responding to critical repairs. To subject an 83-year-old lady to having to walk through water on the floors in the bathroom and kitchen with no repairs done for almost a week tells you exactly how they treat their tenants."

"If I was possible I will give 0 stars. Don't move here. They don't give you deposit back and charge you with other things. I'm still living here, and I can't wait for my lease to end. When I transfer from one bed to two bedroom, it was dirty, I clean the apartment myself and when I ask about my deposit they charged me for cleaning the one bed apartment. The management team change every month. The other day a resident was assaulted in the entrance to his apartment."

These apartments are in terrible condition when you receive them, not worth the money you are paying for. If you rent an apartment her you will be paying for a pool that is always dirty and a gym that is not open. You will not be safe and peaceful while living here. Things that you leave inside your car or truck will be constantly stolen.
