"I have recently been living here for about a year now; the amounts of problems that comes with these apartments is so overwhelming your better off looking somewhere else. Anywhere but here. Problems include: - Extremely dangerous randoms that occasionally walk around the property and cause all sorts of chaos. -Very shady maintenance workers that try to get into your home without any call or notice. -Mold/Pest invested homes. -Very distasteful office staff that make snide remarks, comment on your life choices and do everything in their power to make your living there hell. -Constant noise coming from running neighbors and inconsiderate residents that rev their car engines 24/7 365. Please be careful applying to these apartments. They are very shady and will try to get you any way they can."

"The all bills paid factor is wonderful but I have a brother and his mom lives there. It's a bad infestation of bees around the back side of building 1 in between 129 and going to the laundry center. Management refuses to do anything it's not safe and it's not fair to residents to live under these conditions. Hopefully nothing happens to my mom she have cancer and is allergic to bees. I'm reaching out in hope that owners take this seriously because this will be part of my documentation if something was to happen thanks concerned family member"

"I moved because myself and my 5yr old were exposed to carbon monoxide and went to the emergency room. Angela did absolutely nothing about it. They honestly deserve a class action lawsuit. Horrible maintenance, i raised with code enforcement the fact they have zero certified hvac. Horrible staff of whom honestly don't know what they're doing and i can prove it. My name is Oscar Perez and they know me well. They almost killed me and they were worried about the public knowing about what I'm saying. when told I recorded everything Angela's response, I'll evict you if that gets out because "she works there and that's her job" stand out front and ask the residence. I promise they stay because it's cheap not because they enjoy their stay."
