"I liked this place cause it's a small complex and when I had a problem it would get taken care of . Annabel is a very nice lady and answers all my questions . I wouldn't mind staying there permanent but I need a bigger place."

"These apartments are not a place to live in ,the property manager and property owner are husband and wife ,they control the thermostat and when San Antonio heat is hot it’s HOT in the apartment and when it’s cold heater don’t work it jumps the switch , I mention to the property manager and the response back was “ buy a fan or buy a heater “ , I have literally caught 6 mouses and I let them know and they fix’s it with Caulking but then in a day they bit through, Roaches are crazy I buy medicine my self and can’t get ride of them !!! It’s not a good place ! They are quick to charge up for rent but when it come to help out with the apartment THEY TAKE FOREVER"

"THIS PLACE IS HOT . Your sweating all night in the summer!! Don’t move in!!! It’s infested with roaches!!! It’s infested with rats!! Most of all the temperature is regulated by management, please stay away especially if you have babies . So hot you can’t breathe and it has a horrible smell. It smells like mold & mildew."

"I lived here last year from 2020-2021 my experience was bad. First the thermostat is controlled by them so we aren’t able to change it during the summer it’s extremely hot.Mice everywhere ! You walked outside your front door there was mice, my closet there was like holes from mice , my shoes would be eaten by them too. Shootings in the parking lot and also got my car broken into twice. Moved out left the apartment spotless and undamaged. Asked for my deposit and never got a response or even a written breakdown of why they kept it. Although anabelle the manager she’s very nice and friendly and it’s not her fault. But the owner of the property need to do better"

"I totally do not recommend these apt complex to anyone unless you like living with roaches and mice! The property manager Annabel also went in our unit at night when my family was asleep without our permission which is totally illegal, to leave an eviction notice because we were a day late! There is a terrible infestation of roaches and mice here, I complained several times but was only given mice traps to fix the problem. Pest control went like 4 times in the year I lived there and even that didn't help with pest. One time I even woke up to roaches next my daughter who was sleeping! Very disgusting place to live at, it also has a terrible cigarette smell that is penetrated. When I first decided to move in here with my family I thought it would be a good starter home, since they looked decent. But once I moved in, after a few days I quickly realized the mistake I had made. It was a living nightmare living here & I wasn't able to leave due to having a lease contract & I was threatened to be taken to court if I broke my contract but I'm so glad that is over. There's just to many cons than pros. One pro would be that they are bills paid but a con is that many times my light breaker would switch off & we wouldn't be using a lot of energy for it to do that & we would have to wait without light until maintenance was able to go at night, mind you everything is electric even the stove. Another con is that the ac & heater is controlled so during the winter it was to cold & during the summer it was to hot & you weren't able to do anything since the thermostat is controlled & set to a specific temperature. Even after all of this nightmare we were only refunded half of our security deposit which is so unfair because we left the apt spotless clean & undamaged after moving out, their reason was for cleaning cost. I just really advise anyone who's thinking to move here to reconsider after reading this, especially if you have kids!"
