"Happy New Year from a satisfied resident grateful to have a well maintained & comfortable community to call home. Staff have been receptive and willing to assist with maintenance as needed and the residents I've met have been warm & welcoming which is an added bonus. Be kind and remember that the way to have good neighbors is to BE ONE!"

"This place is awful. Insect problems that property manager refuses to fix. Today is Christmas and the one and only elevator is broken. My mother lives on the 3rd floor and can't leave her apartment to come celebrate Christmas Day with family. Absolutely awful. If you love your family members, avoid this place like the plague."

"Roaches coming out of the walls. Terrible management. No one in the office. No one is helpful. Both esperanza and amistad should be closed."

"We are grateful to have found safe complex for my elderly father. Casa de Esperanza is clean, comfortable, quiet, close to shopping and has easy access for bus transportation. Management is absolutely amazing! professional, patient, kind & overall move in process was quick and easy. 10/10"

"As of 7/1/2022 New owners are not renewing HUD lease and treat the current residents like trash. Basically, making it hard for them to live there so no one renews their lease! new owners could care less if elderly fall or wheel chair bound residents have less access to things now. DO NOT allow your loved ones to move into this property. The owners of this property are aware of all the issues with neglected maintenance, elevators breaking down for weeks at a time, five or six different AC units going bad during hundred degree weeks, The front office is only staffed 50% of the time, most of the time you're speaking to the answering serviceThe front office is only staffed 50% of the time, most of the time you're speaking to the answering service. They are taking all of HUDs money and not taking care of the residents."
