"Stayed for 1 year. 1 star removed because of horrible internet service. While not their problem you are stuck with ATT because of them. 1 star removed for horrible air conditioning. Over the summer the apartment was constantly at 78/79 throughout the day. Maintenance tried but the units just are not powerful enough. Great maintenance staff. Great Pool. Quiet. Great area"

"HORRIBLE!!! Don’t let the name Stone Oak, fool you!!! Management and maintenance is a joke!! I posted the review above and after reading the reviews recently posted I had to edit my original post!! I’ve lived here over 8 years!! Never had any issues aside from upgrading. Yes they went through a new management change. I’ll tell you one thing, I never had any maintenance repair issues with the previous staff!! Since the new staff, Nick came in tack it’s been just a nightmare!!! Myra isn’t any better! I’ve had plumbing, roofing, AC, issues, that takes them months, to fix!!! Days and Nights with no AC or plumbing and they don’t care! You can’t even rely on their “emergency,” line! I’m sad to leave this beautiful neighborhood but just can’t take the ridiculous living circumstances!"

"I’ve been living at this complexes since 2019, with our new office staff and maintenance staff things are amazing! Updates are being done to the property! The staff is so kind and are working hard to renew the property. Nick and Ray from maintenance are quick and great! I’ve had issues with the last management on the things they needed to be fixed. One of them being my bathroom flooring. I’ve been asking for a fix since we moved in. The first week of Ray being here it was fixed fast! We are loving the updates and the beautiful new complex we now have! This new staff is doing AMAZING work!!"
