"I love that rent is only about $900 a month including my utilities. I have more than enough room in my apartment with a lot of storage. This neighborhood feels very safe. Most of the neighbors are older and so they are quiet, kind, peaceful, and I never have to worry about smelling weed in my apartment. The maintenance is quick to fix things. They have great work ethic and are so kind. I’ve never had any issues with insects and I’ve been here for a whole year. I highly recommend this place if you’re wanting to be smart about saving some money on rent, don’t want to worry about living in an unsafe area, and like quit neighbors. ☺️"

"I enjoy living here. The price is reasonable and the space is adequate. The maintenance is very quick and effective. We’ve had to get our bathroom sink repaired since water was not flowing down the drain and the outlets were functioning properly. Parking can be inconvenient sometimes but worst case scenario park in the guest spots and walk for a few minutes. There has been someone keying cars unfortunately. Car break ins were a concern but luckily none have happened. But, there has been a mail break in already and for that I cannot give more than 3 stars because the few mail I do receive it is very important and the entire mail unit was raided. The management has been a lot less intrusive with things thankfully. If I’m convinced the mail can be secured then I will re-edit the review. No issues with roaches or any pests and my neighbors are kind."

"I lived here 6 years. The previous management cared about the residents, took care of maintenance requests in a timely manner, and kept the grounds clean. The current manager came from a different side of town where she is used to talking down to residents and cutting corners on necessary repairs. She forgets to submit repair requests & doesn't follow through on what she says she'll fix. The maintenance crew is great and would often apologize on her behalf. There were several long term residents moving out after she came in. Many of us don't want to deal with her and the people she's bringing in. Also, her husband is a nuisance too. Driving around with loud music & sitting on his truck for almost an hour every day blasting music. He probably didn't want to deal with her either. If you're looking here, do yourself a favor & look somewhere else."

"Loved living here! Management was always there to help and fix any problems immediately. The community is in a great location and was super convenient to have a Sprouts within walking distance. Would definitely recommend to anyone, for the most part I also had great neighbors as well, everyone was very friendly. Definitely ask for Nicki! She was always super friendly and able to help whenever!"

"Have lived here 1 year and and just renewed my lease for another 12 months. This place is amazing. The property is beautiful and and well cared for. The staff is very friendly. The office staff is very helpful and maintenance staff responds to service calls same day or next day. Great place to live. The assistant manager, Nicky Cox is very friendly and extremely helpful. She always takes care of any issue that arise. True blessing to have on staff."
