"We've moved in here January 14th when we were suppose to move in on the 10th but coming from Robstown tx in the middle of a freeze with movers we came to pickup our keys and come to find out they didn't have my apartment move in ready. I had graffiti spray painted all over my dining room floor and living room and the air ducts to my ac were nasty and no dishwasher racks roaches every where and I had to pay for my own pest control and had roaches crawling in my stove and refrigerator, my washer and dryer couldn't run at the same time because the breaker would flip, plus I was told by the manager Jaime that I had the upgraded unit I guess because I had a waterfall in my first bathroom from the ac leaking into my tub from it being clogged I guess the was my upgrade of luxury. Then my toliets were not even screwed in so they would rocked every time I sat down. My blinds were taped at the ends with dog punctures in them and I don't even have a dog. We had no locks on our windows and the windows were plexiglass. The 3rd day we woke up to a loud noise and it was there maintenance trying to breaking in and my husband caught him he even broke the handle on the sliding door. He said we were on the list to change locks. Plus gun shots ever night with no security. They even had the Bexar County coroner out there and they don't come out in less there is a dead body. There letting in whoever and whatever in. This place is not safe or even liveable. The office people are a joke and they said there under new management but there as bad as the previous or there the same people alternating properties to steal money from people. I thought I was moving into a nice area given the fact that it was near the medical center but this place is a nightmare. I move here to be close to work because I'm a nurse but I now moved out and the girl in the office Desire had the audacity to tell me that I will owe them a few thousand dollars for broken lease or a eviction. People call Apartment associations and speak with Mr. Newton he will help you get out. In fact they owe me money for the inconvenience and the heartache I had to go through being here. I know some people our desperate for a place now a days but please look else where because these apartments are not liveable. And to the office people see you in court. We will get justice for all the people you have tooken advantage of."

"We have been here for only 6 days, and it has been a complete nightmare. Please consider that we had to drive over 20 HOURS from Florida to get here. The first impression was ruined because even though we were told that moving in on a Sunday would not be problem, they were closed because they were “slow”, and the manager sent the one person in the office home. You would think they’d have a list of people that were moving in on that day so someone would be in the office. The assistant property manager Marisol came and opened the door. Starting at the door, it looked like it had been kicked in with multiple dirty footprints on the door and a broken lock and nearly broken doorknob, but we were told it was “secured”. There was a distinct smell as soon as we walked through the door that would later reveal a nasty roach infestation, and I’m talking HUNDREDS. They were coming out of every crack, crevice and drain. We had to spend money on a hotel for two nights waiting to be “approved” to be moved to a different unit. It just went from horrible to nightmare fuel. While in the new unit and cleaning the first night, we noticed banging coming from the wall and rightfully assumed it was just our next-door neighbor. We still saw a few roaches but not as bad as the first unit, the second night in the unit turned our stomach all the way over. As we’re relaxing, we hear more banging but this time it is coming directly from the kitchen. As I’m investigating, a rat runs through our kitchen and the soul left my body. RATS ARE IN THE WALL. Later the property manager also exposed that there could also be POSSUMS IN THE WALL. We have pictures and video evidence not only of the infestations, but also unprofessionalism like sending a “maintenance” man that does not work at the property to come into our apartment and “fix” things that are still not fully fixed, the assistant property manager stating VERBATIM that she only has urgency to fix our apartment because it is right next door to her daughters. So not caring about the other resident’s situation and safety, but also wanting to make us pay over $4000 to get out of a lease because our situation is unsafe and uninhabitable. This place is making me physically sick because the airways are disgusting and now, I have developed a very bad cough, and it could progress if I continue to stay here. This place has to be THE WORST PLACE in San Antonio, and they should not be receiving any more business or future residents."

"I wish I can give subzero stars Don't move here, the worst cockroach infestation you will ever experience in your entire life. I a thousand percent do not recommend this place. It is roach infested I had to throw all of my belongings … their maintenance never gets send to your apt no matter how many times you put you work order I got stolen my muffler. I had my car broken into multiple times already homeless people literally living inside of the empty apartments across from me and they do absolutely nothing . If you have kids I do not recommend you to move in at all it is beyond discussing this apt are unlivable"

"I don’t recommend this place at all. The apartment has roaches in it. When something is broken such as the A/C they take weeks to fix it. I walked in to the office to address an issue. After waiting for 20 minutes in an empty office someone finally came out and assisted. But not before the fat white lady who works there accused me of taking all the complimentary cookies when I literally just grabbed one. Also they tow cars unnecessarily. They have plenty of parking and if your friends want to come visit they will have to park a mile away. In the event you park in one of the many open spots they will tow. This place is horrible. Worst apartment complex in San Antonio"

"I a thousand percent do not recommend this place. It is roach infested I had to throw half of my belongings away. There’s rats the size of a football I haven’t had a/c in the past three months and it’s been so hot I have kids they absolutely do not care about you or you family and they still have not fixed it even thow they say they have the parts their maintenance never gets send to your apt no matter how many times you put you work order in and there’s people that live here for 7+ months without paying the rent and us that do pay our rent get treated like complete trash Half of the time living here I either have not had hot water or cold either one most of the times at night or daytime. All you hear is super loud music blasting gunshots even sitting at the pool while a group of people started shooting at each other wile there were kids in the pool I’ve had my truck broken into multiple times already homeless people literally living inside of the empty apartments across from me and they do absolutely nothing . If you have kids I do not recommend you to move in at all it is beyond discussing this apt are unlivable"
