"Arron with the property rental is so rude, they don't even have a manager on site plus they are very sneaky who the owner of the apts are. They charge a app fee plus admin fee. They look trash and with the rating understand why they act that way. Don't go there **Update. I was denied due to Aaron having a problem with people asking questions about the property. Spoke with people who have delt with him and was also informed about his unprofessional behavior, and the discrimination you will deal with. Don't feel he should be in this position if he is super rude to aspiring tenants. I've heard good things about the owner and would love to be with his properties. This all happened again because I asked him who the owner of the property which is public records. Not to cause any problems but to know how the landlord is with his tenants. I hope this helps anyone who is trying to rent while Aaron is running the property for the owner."

"This place was great until regency management took over. Their bookkeeping is terrible. They will lie about payments even if you have proof you paid rent. Keep firing staff. No mgt skills. Dumpsters infestation rats roaches, bed bugs. Horrible place. You will regret it. So many residents move out due to bad conditions."
