"This place is a JOKE quick to always charge fees for any little thing but can't fix our mailboxes or the gates to the property, the mailboxes took over a year to fix and the gates to the property are going over a year fixed, meanwhile we're over here watching our cars because there is people breaking into cars every other night! Take the time to look elsewhere! DO NOT MOVE TO THESE APARTMENTS!"

"Please people read the review before you move in and regret you ever did. These apartments are infested with roaches and rodents moving between the walls like they are playing football or something . If these apartments ever go up in flames it will not be that someone started or left anything on the stove it's going to be that a rodent chewed through the electrical wiring. Today 12/23/22 it is 23 degrees and it getting ready to drop to 18 degrees tonight. We find out we have no water and it will not be fixed until after the holidays. So what now? I have no family in town. Can not wait for the house I want to finish being built. This is the trash of a apartment in the middle of the San Antonio, Texas Medical Center. Do not be con By there sales pitch as they are like most of your car salesman. They will tell you basically what you want to hear. There has been a vehicle blocking a handicap parking space for 3 months now and the manager OLIVIA PANCIERA has not done anything about getting it moved. Apparently the towing company will not pick up the vehicle without being notified by the apartment manager due to it is on private. Paper plates have expired since October so for sure this is a stolen vehicle. property"

"So our journey begins with parking, horrible cut throat illegal. Then raccoons, In the attic and the chimney. Then AC doesn’t work properly a nice sweaty 85 degrees solution window unit that spikes my bill up to around 400 dollars. Than an O.D. In the apartment next to us. And most recently my car gets broken in to. Management silent only says I’m sorry. Worst management in the world!!! But when rent is due there there the next day saying where’s our money? Hmm maybe paying for my 300 dollar window to get fixed? Complete stupidity DONT MOVE HERE!!!"

"The apartments themselves are nice, better than a few in the area, The amenities are nice, Laundry hook up is a big+, the cost to space ratio is awesome, people in the office are courteous, and some negative things I've noticed while I was here though are The online portal for making payments has given me issues and as such I incurred a late fee. I have to record everything me and the office discuss because people cannot be held to their word. Waters cloudy coming out of the faucet so I had to buy a filter, and either the walls aren't up to code or the AC isn't because in the middle of roughly any summer day it can get up to 84 degrees when I have the AC set to 68, I had the service technician come look at it on the chance there was something wrong and he said it was because it was warm outside, like "yeah dude. That's why I put in the request" anyways the office didn't wanna do anything about it. Other than that it's pretty solid in comparison to my last apartment."

"Been living here for 9 years. Just renewed our lease because we haven't foind a new place. The previous manager took good care of the residents. The management for the past couple of years do not care about their tenants. Maintenance came into our apartment while we were out of town because of a "water leak". We turned our A/C off while we were gone. They turned on our A/C to 62 degrees and left it on for the last 10 days we were gone. Even if we forgot to turn our A/C off, we never set it below 71 degrees. This was beginning of May so it's pretty hot by that time. I get they probably wanted to work in a cooler environment, but setting it to 62 & leaving it on, knowing we were out of town (cause we told the office and didn't really want them in there while we were gone), was not right. WE have to pay that electric bill for the A/C running that much. Things happen, people forget, people make pistakes, we get that, but OWN it and MAKE IT RIGHT. Don't just dismiss our complaint & do nothing. Beware if you rent here. DO NOT ACCEPT A UNIT IN BLDG 7 or 8. There is a bar on the other side of the fence that plays loud live music some weekends and they will not turn it down and the police or apt office will not do anything. We have called and complained numerous times."
