"The hot water is constantly out and seems to never be fixed. This place is falling apart But of course management indulges in fixing the front entrance and the website to make the place seem more luxurious than it is. Everything about the complex has gone up in price and yet no upgrades are being done in order to keep this place together. I thought I was moving in to a nice apartment but I realized it was all a deceptive scheme. Update. My apartment is falling apart and I know maintenance is probably drowning from all the cheap cover ups they are probably being told to do. I have submitted for my bathroom door to be fixed because my son had injured his fingers on it and it has yet to be fixed. It’s been months now and I even called furious when my son injured himself. Now my closet door is falling apart along as the cheap “wood” of our cabinets. I might as well just fix it my self and send the office a bill. Do not move here they will keep increasing the rent but do nothing to update or make the place feel as luxurious as the website tries to portray. I have lived here two years and each year my rent went up $130 dollars. For 1k I could be living somewhere much updated and not having to do maintenance myself. It has been months and still no repairs have been done. The maintenance manager has quit due to being overworked and it’s understandable. This place is falling apart. Do not live here or fall for the fake schemes like the “luxurious” living they portray. It is not and you will be living with the roaches. Been months since I put this review up and my apartment is still broken! Maintenance is NON EXISTENT The internet sucks also. Guess what the water is out again. Can’t even shower after work. AGAIN DO NOT MOVE HERE."

"I had some repair work done on Dec 6 and I was very impressed. Sorry, didn't catch his name. But let me just say he was efficient, polite, professional and showed exceptional skill. He replaced the entire bathtub tiled wall. The whole thing. In just a few hours. He came back the next day to finish calking work which took about 10 minutes. I hope he's justly compensated because he deserves it. Furthermore, I know how hard it can be to find excellent contractors. He's a gem. Oh, I should mention, I wasn't aware that I would be without a shower for a day. He told me and then went out of his way to get the key for the model unit. Saved me some hassle. It's the little things."

"move in anywhere else. I lived here for an entire year with no AC or heat. I talked with staff both in person and over the phone a multitude of times (from the day we moved in to the month of leaving), to which they expressed fake concern and assured me it would be fixed immediately. I called their emergency number, talked personally with maintenance more than once, and submitted dozen of work orders. I’m now moving out and this unit still has no AC. It is over 100 degrees in Texas right now and they had absolutely no real regard for my health or safety in this matter. The staff here, the ones they can keep at least, are rude and inconsiderate. One of the maintenance men told my boyfriend that the last resident of my unit also had no AC his entire stay. That means they’ve known about this issue for 2 YEARS and refuse to resolve it, because they are cheap. Not to mention when I moved in, our closet was infested with ants. All of the walls, sinks, tubs are painted over to cover stains, mold and god knows. Cold water for days, so many roaches, etc. Twice when I was home alone maintenance entered my home, with no call or contact from the apartment. They are required to give you some kind of notice unless of emergency but they don’t. During the second incident they told me my front door had been broken in, while I was home ASLEEP. They never contacted me then either, I had to go to the office after finding a maintenance man inside my house who claimed to be locking my door… inside my house. Then the lovely lady at the office asked me if I or my bf had kicked in the door ourselves……like huh??? Now, an entire month after moving out, I have a $1,100 charge for things they had to “fix”, including the dishwasher I never used. Im exhausted and this place was so much more hassle than it was worth, just don’t move here."

"Please don’t stay here… this apartment complex is cheap to live here but trust me it is not worth it. The peeps at the office never answer and the maintenance crew is horrid. They claim they’re open till 6 pm but never—NEVER answer the phone. Place always has trash on the roads and is never picked up. They allow outside workers to be working on the buildings when people are trying to sleep at 8 in the morning. The pool is never clean here as well. The air flow in the apartments are horrible!!! The AC units here are not great and will leave your room feeling like 80 degrees. The kitchen cabinets are horrible and falling apart.. the bath tub… you can tell they paint over it and don’t even prep it because there’s hairs in the paint! The paint literally peels off!! Whoever built these apartments should be fired from what they’re doing. They also do not do pest control so prepare for the bugs :) PLEASE run away from this place."
