"Was referred here by a friend who lives here and her and her husband both love it. I'm giving 3 stars because of the experience I saw them have and how much they like it. Service really went above and beyond on their move in day, which I helped during all of. They've been there about a month and can't say enough positive. My experience however was very...... grey. Seth is very polite and professional but during the walk through of their apartment, he said they may be able to match my rent. I said I'd stop back by. I was again offered a rent price very similar to mine currently..... but no quote. When I followed up, rent had increased over $400 thereby putting the unit well out of my price range. I understand prices change with time of year and even lease length. What bothered me is then Seth said I'd gotten "confused". I wasn't confused. I was actually making notes as we walked. It smelled a lot like a bait and switch with some gaslighting sprinkled on top. Also one thing that really bugged me was the gym. It's a VERY small ROOM. Not a gym at all. They have a very nice digital cable machine..... tha isn't usable because they have no adjustable bench. It may not seem a big deal but it left a bad taste in my mouth, that they throw random fitness equipment in a room, call it a "gym", and then upcharge for the "amenities". One treadmill 2 sets of free weights, a bike and a cable machine that can't be used tossed in a room the size of an airplane bathroom is not a gym, a fitness center or studio, or anything else having to do with fitness. It's a money grab. They also have a very small putting green. Just why? Who wants that? Another "amenity" they get to charge for. I'm glad my friends are happy here but my experience left me with a really uneasy feeling and I ended up leasing elsewhere."

"I lived here for 6 months from 6/22/23-12/21/23. I wouldnt consider it luxury but it was definitely a very comfortable place to live. Seth was always great with resolving any issues while i was a resident and the maintenance guy was amazing. So why the bad review? A few weeks after i moved out i realized CPS was still charging me for electricity. I contacted Seth who said it’s my job to turn it off. Well Ive lived in at least 5 apartments in the past and the apartment complex always changes it into their name when they take back the unit, but this is my first time in SA so I realize now that CPS works differently. So I call CPS and ask them to retroactively turn it off for the day i moved out. They said they can do that but the apartment complex has to call and accept responsibility for the days after I moved out before they can proceed. I ask Seth to make this very simple 3 minute phone call (CPS had no hold time when I called) but he refuses and tells me i need to contact the vintage account specialist team. I tried to contact that account specialist team right after move out and nobody answered that line. They make you leave a voicemail and never get back to you. So i contact them again and same scenario- nobody answers and it tells me to record a message. Well Im not going to waste time dealing with that. Obviously I should not be paying electricity for days that I didn’t live there, even if the charge is minor and even if it’s my fault for not cancelling service. CPS is willing to fix the issue very easily, but Seth and the vintage aren’t willing to take 3 minutes to do the right thing. Hence im leaving the poor rating because the vintage has decided that good customer service stops once a resident moves out, even if there are unresolved issues. After the great experience as a resident, I really expected better from them."

"I stayed here with few if any issues with the administration. James was the maintenance chief and was a blessing in the greatest sense of the word to me, my roommate and everyone in the complex. He was responsive, caring, kind and hard-working. Ms. Leal was an administrative assistant at the leasing office that was kind and responsive as well. The pool was well-kept and provided a cool relief in summer months. The atmosphere of the complex was that of a cool getaway from the heat and hectic bustle of the medical center (they keep a nice landscaping and trees that offer shade and cooling when compared to more open and less foliated apartments). The first floors had an issue of lots of little crawling bugs getting in, but generally good pest control with available spot spraying when calling in and reporting appearance of cockroaches. The BIGGEST understated perk about this location was the general steal of having all the parking covered in two parking garages. The office space provided worked and was useful for smaller tasks and printing jobs and was an adequate study space when desired. The gym was sparse in offerings, but enough for me to get a good free weights and calisthenics work out in on occasion. The put-put green was nice to use on occasion, but nothing special. There were a string of mailbox break-ins while we lived there, but our mail was never affected and the front office staff was kind enough to dedicate their own closet as a package closet so that packages were never left at the doorstep/subject to stealing. Otherwise no major crime issues. The last consideration is the quality of the appliances: generally no major issues and when an issue did arise, James quickly took care of it without any cost to me. The aesthetic was generally older and not as “luxurious” as the new apartments in the area, but I know they were upgrading to stainless steel appliances and marble countertops, so you may benefit from that if you’re reading this now. The pricing obviously has gone up, but at the time my roommate and I paid an average $1250/month (not including internet, water, electricity) for a 2-bedroom apartment that was small for my roommate and spacious for me (master bedroom) and we had no major issues, as I said, over 4 years."

"I recently had the misfortune of renting a room in an apartment, and I feel compelled to share my extremely negative experience as a cautionary tale for others. My stay was riddled with issues that were never resolved, and the unhelpful and unfriendly staff only made matters worse. I strongly advise against staying in this apartment. To begin with, the room I was assigned had a persistently foul odor. It was apparent that the apartment had not been properly cleaned or aired out prior to my arrival. The smell was overwhelming and made my entire stay unbearable. I repeatedly brought this issue to the attention of the staff, expecting them to address it promptly. However, despite their promises, no effective action was taken to rectify the problem. The lack of consideration for guests' comfort and well-being is simply unacceptable. Furthermore, the apartment staff displayed a negligent attitude toward maintenance. Numerous issues in the room went unresolved throughout my stay. From broken fixtures to malfunctioning appliances, it was clear that the apartment was in a state of disrepair. Despite reporting these problems multiple times, no repairs were made. It was disheartening to witness such neglect and disregard for residents' basic needs. In addition to the subpar living conditions, the staff members were consistently unfriendly and uncooperative. Whenever I approached them with concerns or requests, I was met with indifference and even rudeness. Their lack of professionalism and unwillingness to assist tenants only added to the overall frustration and disappointment I experienced during my stay. Given my personal experience, I strongly urge prospective tenants to avoid this apartment at all costs. The persistent odor, the apartment's neglectful approach to maintenance, and the unhelpful and unfriendly staff make it an incredibly unsatisfactory place to reside. Spare yourself the misery and seek alternative accommodations that prioritize the well-being and comfort of their residents"

"We did not end up being residents of the apartments but I wanted to do a review on our tour experience. Seth was extremely professional and polite. He was patient throughout the tour and explained the process with us thoroughly. He showed us the units that were available and we were extremely satisfied! Even walking throughout the property it was very well kept. Quiet area as well. Our favorite thing about the property was the one way entrance and exit. Seth tool the time to ensure we got what we wanted for the best price. If you need a short term stay or even a long term, highly recommend! Ask for Seth!"
