"Things here are fine mostly, but the main issue is the absolute god awful means of offering amenities. Internet goes out every single day around 11 pm for about 12-24 hours. Nobody bothers to fix or explain it. Either fix the problem or dock the costs from my rent. If you can’t fix it with the money I pay for it, then don’t make me pay for it."

"This place is an absolute dump. Do not move in here. The front desk staff are condescending when you have an issue and are no help. Only move here unless you want 2/3rds of your packages getting stolen or lost. Edit 1/19/24 It has only gotten worse. Ever since the new owners took ownership this place has gone downhill it is ridiculous how low it has gotten. Any freshman or anyone considering Tetro should stay away. The old owners had consistent Maintenance but now they don’t fix anything. The gates have been broken for months. The old owners would have gotten them fixed in a week. Constant wifi outages and bug problems. I know their is a lot of negative reviews and you might think that it is just hate reviewing but I promise you this is how it is to be here. Do not move here"

"DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!! Not only will they kill you with outraging utility costs, they will reach out years later and try to get you to keep paying them money. I had gotten mail about a month after I left to pay a balance, which I did. And here we are 2+ years later with another balance. If you need some spontaneity, destruction and love crashing and burning then this is the place for you!"

"I wish i could put negative stars. This apartment has been the worst experience. The office hours are not what the say they are, if you need something taken care of good luck. I had a broken washing machine for months and a broken/ leaking A/C for 2 weeks in the middle of summer then they are trying to charge me for the damage caused by their negligence as well as normal wear and tear mess. And trying to dispute those charges has been a futile and unprofessional battle. It is also so unsafe there were multiple car thefts and armed robbery attempts. Run away from here and if you do move in learn from my mistake take pictures of everything multiple times through your lease."

"If I could leave negative stars I would. Whatever management company owns this place does not care about the people who work or live here. AC systems freeze up and they won’t replace them, the gym is closed and we still pay for it, I’ve had paint get on my car from remodeling and my foot stabbed by a huge metal spike holding down a sprinkler system that’s not even used. When complained about to the office, nothing was done and I was just offered an I’m sorry. Maintenance is over-worked, under-staffed, and underpaid. Just now I got my car towed, my car has been registered with the parking management company, no email or anything to reregister, and it was towed. I would include the picture of my car with paint on it but I don’t want my license plate to be on the internet. I’m currently paying $756 for rent (about a $100 increase), it’s not worth it. No improvements were made to my apartment or the overall complex other than painting the exteriors of the buildings to warrant a $100 increase in rent. Don’t live here, it’s just another scummy place looking to exploit students who don’t know better."
