"Poor respect for privacy, no morality compasses, intrusive. I just went to TRY and make a complaint about maintenance for going into my apartment while I was in the shower. Nothing was done, they essentially told me I didn’t have the dead bolt on. I will agree it’s my fault for feeling safe and secure in my apartment but to not have any answers for their lack of judgement in entering while a person is in a vulnerable situation makes it less safe."

"It's acceptable. The decision to close the pool area is questionable. Now, residents need to walk through the car entry gates to leave the complex or collect packages, presenting a potential risk of getting run over by a car. The surroundings carry a noticeable odor of dog urine. It's advisable to avoid residing near the trash area, as the containers fill up rapidly, resulting in a dirty environment. Increasing the frequency of emptying the large container would be beneficial."

"When I first moved in here, they were super great. Every weekends have breakfast taco and all people were nice and I felt safe all the time. All of sudden, it is not good recently. Lots of giant cockroaches after 2 times of pest control, and some residents are speeding in parking lot with super loud cars. I can't work at home anymore, so I decided to move out. Old dishwasher that has big cockroaches. Maybe their rent is cheaper than others, it might happen. However, it is so often. I didn't feel much safe walking night time anymore since not much lights are working on parking lots."

"We've lived here for almost two years now, and luckily there's newer management running the property now, because the last team was horrendous. Hopefully things get better. Pros: The part of town is great! Very quiet Indoor Amazon lockers Attached garages Included W/D Large maintenance team Cons: The rent here has definitely gone up since Jan 2022 without any additional amenities. In fact there's way less trash cans around the property for walking the dogs, no more trash pickup and hardly any nearby parking, including in front of your own garage. A lot people still get away with it though. There's also now only one trash compactor for the whole complex, so you can't conveniently throw your own trash anymore. If you can afford it, pay the extra $50 "convenience" fee to just pay online through the portal for rent. Since living here, the office has lost, forgotten about, or was unable to cash our rent checks, even after giving them to the agents in-person. Now, although these issues mainly happened with the old management team, we've still had some issues even lately. Checks are cashed after rent is officially late, so if there's an error or if they forget to charge for amenities (has happened) than your account will be marked as "late" and you'll be charged late fees for your rent. We were given an eviction notice once after being "late" on a charge which wasn't even for our apartment! They fixed it, but still stressed us out all weekend. The air conditioners are way too small or old for the size of the units. They've "filled" our A/C refrigerant 3 times this summer because our unit literally ran from April to the end of September without cycling off a single time. Our electric bill is 190% higher than our neighbors according to CPS but no actual repairs have been done to the A/C so far after 5 total work orders for it since living here. It's just my wife and I and we both work full-time, so there's no other appliances that run for most of the day. Overall, it's a beautiful property and I love finally having an attached garage. But, we'd never had an issue with rent until moving here and this is double the highest electric bill I've ever gotten, and that's all summer long. I'm hopeful for the new team who owns the property, but the experience so far living here has been not great."

"I have lived here since January 2023 and am grateful for the location. I moved here all the way from North Carolina and they have treated me like I'm family. My child is safe in the gated area and we are able to walk to entertainment, so convenient!"
