"This complex is AMAZING. The staff have all been very friendly and helpful with my move in. This is luxury living just as they stated. The fixtures and appliances are all upgraded. I moved in and completely felt at home. The landscaping is very well maintained. They have two dog parks, one for large dogs and a small dog park. Thank you to my leasing agent Deniss Guerra. I can't wait to spring and summer to take advantage of the pool and outdoor kitchen areas."

"Ms. Jessica Espinoza, the Assistant Manager for Palmetto Point Premier Apartments is a very unique, friendly and enjoyable individual to speak with. She is very knowledgeable with this apartment complex, and to my satisfaction, she answered all of my questions regarding the apartment complex and my apartment unit as well. Additionally, I often go to the office and find both Ms. Espinoza and Ms. Guerra busy with current and potential tenants. When I applied as a tenant, I could not upload my proof of income into the system for review and approval. I was assisted in the office and was taught how to upload the documentation needed for my approval. Furthermore, and it is a great asset, there is a Starbucks coffee maker in the kitchen and I often go to have a double shot espresso and always see both Ms. Espinoza and Ms. Guerra assisting potential and current tenants. This an awesome team that is here!"
